“A nation can only be free, happy, and great in proportion to the virtueand intelligence of the people.”
Stephen F. Austin
As we celebrate Texas Independence and Dawn at the Alamo, the Old 300 Board is excited to invite you to our Open Board meeting in Kerrville, Texas at Schreiner University. We will be meeting in the Texas Center.
Our featured guest speaker will be Dr. Don Frazier, Director of The Texas Center, at Schreiner University. He is a well known authority on Texas History. He will discuss the current project at the Texas Center, E Pluribus Texas, and other topics.
E Pluribus Texas is an exciting new education program created by the Texas Center. It's like bite size lessons in Texas history, like Tik Tok learning. Here is a link to Aftermath at the Alamo in honor of this week's horrific anniversary. Our fearless leader Jess will be representing us at the Alamo ceremony on Friday.

After the meeting, we will have an Italian buffet consisting of Lemon Rosemary Chicken, Shrimp Scampi, Vermicelli pasta, along with a Mediterranean salad, bread sticks, desert and beverage.
As always come early for Friday festivities and shenanigans. Hotel lists will be coming shortly.
